Our rates
Psych Evals
Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. The typical evaluation is about $225 and is usually covered by your insurance. Talking with the office manager can clear up your insurance and cost questions.

Med Management / Follow-up visits
Online or in-person, this time will be spent evaluating your medications. Typical visits usually include medication review and brief solution based therapy. They usually last approximately 30 miunutes depending on the acuity of the visit

Genesight Testing
Genetic testing is done on an individual basis and is typically not covered by commercial insurance. Pricing is based on income, but will not cost more than $330. Your mouth will be swabbed with a q-tip and sent to www.genesight.com for results. A consent form must be signed and billing must be reviewed. Results usually return within five days

TMS
Transmagnetic Stimulation requires assessment and prior authorization by insurance. Out of pocket costs are available upon request. The typical treatment process includes 36 daily treatments over 5-6 weeks. Each treatment lasts about an hour from start to finish.

Insurance coverage is a tricky things these days. There are hundres of small policies out there and it may take some research to see if we are credentialled with your policy. If you do not see your health insurance list below, you can call the Creedmoor office and speak with Teresa. We have a no wrong door policy and would love to assist you with affordable treatment.
